1. Program Overview

The NIIRA Loyalty Program ("Program") rewards customers for purchases and engagement with NIIRA. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Open to customers with a valid NIIRA account
• Must be 18 years or older
• One account per person
• NIIRA reserves the right to verify eligibility

3. Earning Points

You can earn points through the following activities:

• Sign up: Earn 100 points when you create an account
• Place an order: Earn 1 point for every ₹1 spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts)
• Follow on Instagram: Earn 100 points (one-time)
• Follow on X (Twitter): Earn 20 points (one-time)
• Celebrate a birthday: Earn 250 points on your birthday (requires date of birth to be provided at least 30 days in advance)

Important earning conditions:

• Points are credited after payment is confirmed and order is fulfilled
• Points are typically credited within 48-72 hours
• Returns or refunds will result in corresponding point deduction
• Points cannot be earned on taxes, shipping fees, or gift card purchases
• The reward value rate is 1.0% (each point costs ₹0.01)

4. Redeeming Points

You can redeem your points for discount coupons:

• 500 points = ₹5 off coupon
• 1,000 points = ₹10 off coupon
• 2,000 points = ₹30 off coupon

Redemption rules:

• Minimum 500 points required to redeem
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• Coupons generated from points are subject to standard coupon terms
• Discounts cannot be combined with certain other offers (as specified at checkout)

5. Point Expiration

• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Inactive accounts may be subject to point forfeiture (see Account Activity section)

6. Birthday Rewards

• To receive birthday points, you must provide your date of birth at least 30 days before your birthday
• Birthday points are awarded once per year
• You must update your birthdate at least 30 days in advance to be eligible

7. Account Activity

• If the "Skip recurring earnings if customer is inactive" setting is enabled, recurring rewards (birthday/anniversary points) may be skipped if your account balance has expired

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality
• Fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of terms may result in point forfeiture and account termination
• Points are non-transferable between accounts

9. Program Changes

• NIIRA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program with reasonable notice
• Point values, earning rates, redemption options, and reward tiers may change
• Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website

10. Termination

• NIIRA may terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Program
• Upon termination, all accumulated points are forfeited
• You may close your account at any time; unused points will be forfeited upon closure

11. Limitations

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash
• NIIRA is not responsible for technical issues affecting point accrual or redemption
• Social media follows must be genuine; fake or bot accounts will result in point reversal

12. Privacy

• Program participation data is governed by NIIRA's Privacy Policy
• We collect purchase history, engagement data, and birthdate information to administer the Program
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to operate the Program

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
