1. Returns

Returns are not available for our products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via:

As part of your request, you will need to provide a picture of the product clearly highlighting the defect. You will then be required to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the original product, our team will conduct an internal quality investigation. A return will be accepted and a refund initiated only after this investigation confirms the defect. This process may take up to 15 days from the date we receive the product.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges for size-related issues are available and must be processed through the Exchange Portal on our website. Exchange requests made outside the portal (e.g. via email or WhatsApp) will not be accepted.

The first exchange per product is free of cost. Any subsequent exchange on the same product will be chargeable at a fixed fee of INR 300 per exchange.

Select products may not be eligible for exchange; eligibility will be indicated on the product page.

3. Order Cancellations

If you cancel a pre-paid order for any reason after it has been placed, refunds are issued entirely at the company's discretion. Where a refund is approved, only up to 80% of the total pre-paid amount will be refunded.

Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Items

Once an order has been delivered, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except as described under Returns above.
