How do I list or delist on niira.co?
It is easy; all you have to do is email us at listing@niira.com, and the team will reach out.
How long does it take to ship the products?
Shipping timelines and fees depend on who is shipping the products, but as a rule of thumb, it takes between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the local regulations.
Does niira.co own any of these products?
We do not own any of the products we list, at least not yet; we only list and sell the products.
Can I exchange products if there is a need?
Currently, exchanges are not possible on your purchases, but we are working on this module and will mention it on each page. We will email you an update as soon as the feature goes live.
Do you ship internationally?
niira.co is currently focused only on the international market; we work with partners and ship your products wherever you need them.
What is the refund policy?
The exact refund, return, or exchange policy is listed on each product page where applicable; however, as a general term, we are currently unable to provide this feature.
Warranty for the products?
Each product might or might not have a specific warranty; hence, we prefer to list it on each product page if and where applicable.
Do you have cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently our COD facility is not active we are working hard to enable such facilities in select regions and will share updates with you shortly, as we progress.
