  • How do I list or delist on niira.co?​

It is easy; all you have to do is email us at online@niira.co, and the team will reach out.

  • How long does it take to ship the products?​

Shipping timelines and fees depend on the product, but as a rule of thumb, it takes 2-4 weeks, depending on local regulations. 

  • Does niira.co own any of these products?​

niira has multiple models of operations. We have partnerships with some products and artisans, helping them with their listings. For others, we list the products outright, as we choose to do so.

  • Can I exchange products if needed?​

  • Do you ship internationally?​

niira.co is currently focused solely on the domestic market; however, we are happy to collaborate with international shipping partners for all prepaid orders. Shipping and other fees will vary depending on the region that we ship to.

  • ​Warranty for the products?​

niira does not offer any warranty on its products; however, feel free to write to us in case you have any concerns about your products, and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. 

  • ​Do you have cash on delivery (COD)?​

We provide cash on delivery for many domestic shipments under Rs. 5000, though not for every product. This amount may vary depending on current business conditions.
