At NIIRA, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product. As many of our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues.
To initiate an exchange request, please log in to your account and follow the exchange process through the portal.
Exchange Process:
- Log in to your NIIRA account and submit your exchange request through the system
- Our team will review the request within 48–72 working hours
- Once approved and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days
Exchanges:
- We are happy to offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at orders@niira.co with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue/product
Our team will assess the request and assist you accordingly.
Important:
- Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals/tags will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances
- NIIRA reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
