Leather Care: Your NIIRA Kolhapuri Chappals are crafted from premium, natural leather that develops a beautiful patina over time. To maintain their quality:

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dust
• For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then air dry naturally
• Apply leather conditioner every few weeks to keep the leather supple
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or extreme heat

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Use shoe trees or stuff with paper to maintain shape
• Keep in a breathable cloth bag to prevent moisture buildup

Breaking In: Handcrafted leather softens and molds to your feet over time. Initial stiffness is normal and will ease with wear, creating a custom fit unique to you.

Natural Variations: As each pair is hand-painted and handcrafted by artisans, slight color variations and natural leather markings are part of the authentic character, not defects.

Repairs: Quality leather can be resoled and repaired. Contact us for artisan repair services to extend the life of your chappals.

At NIIRA, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product. As many of our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we currently offer exchanges only for size-related issues.

To initiate an exchange request, please log in to your account and follow the exchange process through the portal.

Exchange Process:

1. Log in to your NIIRA account and submit your exchange request through the system
2. Our team will review the request within 48–72 working hours
3. Once approved and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days
   

Exchanges: 

• We are happy to offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at orders@niira.co with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue/product

Our team will assess the request and assist you accordingly.

Important:

1. Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals/tags will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances
2. NIIRA reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
