HOW TO USE – Massage a small amount on your pulse points – on the wrists, neck and behind the ears or apply anywhere you prefer on the skin, for a lingering fragrance, during the day and at night.

This product is made with natural butters and waxes, which may cause slight changes in colour over time. These variations are natural and do not affect the product’s effectiveness or fragrance experience.

Ingredients – Organic Beeswax, Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Wax, Coconut Oil, IFRA Certified non allergenic fragrance.

Leather Care: Your NIIRA Kolhapuri Chappals are crafted from premium, natural leather that develops a beautiful patina over time. To maintain their quality:

• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dust
• For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap, then air dry naturally
• Apply leather conditioner every few weeks to keep the leather supple
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or extreme heat

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Use shoe trees or stuff with paper to maintain shape
• Keep in a breathable cloth bag to prevent moisture buildup

Breaking In: Handcrafted leather softens and molds to your feet over time. Initial stiffness is normal and will ease with wear, creating a custom fit unique to you.

Natural Variations: As each pair is hand-painted and handcrafted by artisans, slight color variations and natural leather markings are part of the authentic character, not defects.

Repairs: Quality leather can be resoled and repaired. Contact us for artisan repair services to extend the life of your chappals.

Exchange Process:

2. Our team will review the request within 48–72 working hours
3. Once approved and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days
   

Exchanges: 

• We are happy to offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
