1. Exchanges

Exchanges for size-related issues are available and must be processed through the Exchange Portal on our website. Exchange requests made outside the portal (e.g. via email or WhatsApp) will not be accepted.

The first exchange per product is free of cost. Any subsequent exchange on the same product will be chargeable at a fixed fee of INR 300 per exchange.

Select products may not be eligible for exchange; eligibility will be indicated on the product page.

2. Returns 

Returns are not available for our products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

As part of your request, you will need to provide a picture of the product clearly highlighting the defect. You will then be required to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the original product, our team will conduct an internal quality investigation. A return will be accepted and a refund initiated only after this investigation confirms the defect.
